This is one of my favorite pasta dishes, it’s yummy and really fast and easy to make!
I keep on cravy white sauce pasta… carbonara… chicken sopas we called in tagalog, so I guess… I need to learn how to cook those since it is not cheap to keep on eating in the restaurant.
Anyhow, I decided to cook Creamy Shrimp and Mushroom Pasta though I was too lazy to do so, instead of just lying in bed the whole thinking of my broken heart, because I’m broken hearted I will be trying to motivate to cook for myself often. Instead of thinking things that makes me more depressed and sad I will cook more often.
Back to the pasta I’ll be sharing with you,
To prepare this dish, I peeled the shrimp. It’s a tedious task because the black thing is sticky and really smells ….. but because I love this pasta, I don’t care.:-)
Next, mince your garlic! We need really fine and small pieces of garlic, I don’t like chewing on them so i need to minced it properly.
I use the canned mushrooms. almost all are set, so i started to get a clean pan and heated then added 4 tbsp of butter and 2 tsp of olive oil. When the butter and oil have become bubbly, I added the garlic and sautéed that for about 1 minute.
Then I added the shrimp and let it cook until it’s orange, set the shrimp aside and put the mushroom in the pan and then put back the shrimp after about 1 minute. Add a dash of salt and pepper, sautéed that until all are cooked and the colors are nice and looks really delicious!
Then put the nestle all purpose cream the cream cheese cover the pan for about 3 to 5 mins and add your cooked pasta in the pan…
