Early celebrated because she is living in Abu Dhabi and that would be the last time she will be here in Dubai before her flight so Grace decided to cook Japchae and Kimbap.

Marinate overnight the mushroom and chicken (replacement for beef) in seasoning of: light sou sauce, minced garlic, sesame oil, chopped green onions, and a pinch of ground pepper.
Start cooking the chicken and mushroom witg a bit of oil.
When chicken and mushroom was cooked add carrots, onions, spinach and noodles then stir fry.
Boil the Kangkong (we used kangkong because no available spinach in the grocery near home.
